Singapore A STAR Graduate Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded)
The A STAR Graduate Scholarship (AGS) is a fully funded scholarship opportunity by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR). The scholarship is open to PhD or EngD applicants. International students with bachelor’s degrees can apply directly. The A STAR Graduate Scholarship will fund up to four years of your PhD or EngD studies at autonomous universities in Singapore. After completing PhD or EngD studies, fellows can apply for the A STAR International fellowship to pursue post-doctoral training. This is a great opportunity that leads towards Singaporean Citizenship.
International students awarded A STAR graduate scholarship will have to sign a bond to serve for 3 years in Singaporean-based companies. A STAR Graduate Scholarship Coverage
The scholarship is available for four years and it covers:

Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open to Singaporeans and non-Singaporeans.
- Non-Singaporeans must have completed a degree.
- Show your interest in a PhD or EngD Program.
- Have obtained at least a 2nd Upper-Class Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Applicants who are in the last semester of their final year of undergraduate studies are welcome to apply.
- Applicants show strong interest in a research career.

Service Commitment
Non-Singaporeans will sign a Bond to complete 3 years of service in Singapore-based companies without commitment to any specific organization. The area of work should be in Biomedical Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering.
