APSIG stands for the Asia Pacific School of Internet Governance. The applications are open to apply for the 9th Edition of the APSIG Fellowship 2024 in Taiwan. It is a fully funded conference that brings individuals from Asia and the Pacific Region to raise awareness and build capacity on Internet governance issues. The conference aims to educate the participants about the issues and complexities of Internet governance. This includes various topics like policy development, technical aspects, and the role of different stakeholders.
The APSIG Fellowship will cover Airfare, Accommodation, Visa Fees, Meals, and some cash allowance for the duration of the program. This year APSIG fellowship will be in the National Taiwan University. IELTS/TOEFL is not required. The Fellowship is open to Individuals, Professionals, academics, researchers, civil society members, and representatives from governmental and non-governmental organizations. - The conference is open to applicants from the Asia Pacific region with a strong interest in Internet governance.
