POSCO Asia Fellowship Scholarship 2025 in South Korea (Funded)
The 2025 POSCO Asia Fellowship Scholarship is a scholarship program offered by the POSCO TJ Park Foundation for Asian Students to pursue a Master, and PhD degree program from South Korea. The POSCO Scholarship is open only in STEM Fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Students with Asian Citizenship can only apply for this scholarship program. There are 9 Top universities in South Korea associated with POSCO fellowship. You can apply to up to three Universities.
South Korea is an emerging destination for international students. 181,842 international students enrolled in the country. South Korea has a plan to attract more international students. The government aims to have 300,000 international students studying in South Korea by 2027. Many South Korean Universities offer fully funded scholarships including GKS (Korean Government Scholarship) is the biggest scholarship program in South Korea. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must plan to pursue a degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
- Applicant must be an Asian Citizen.
- Applicant must start a course in the Spring or Fall semester of 2025
- Those who have earned a bachelor’s degree are eligible.
- Applicant must apply to an eligible university (listed below).
English Language Requirements
An applicant must also meet any ONE of the following English Language requirements:
- TOEFL: 550
- IELTS: 6.0
- TOEIC: 750
- New TEPS: 327
Note: Applicants who have graduated from a university in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, or the United Kingdom are exempted from the English Proficiency Test.
