WIPO Young Experts Program 2025 in Switzerland (Fully Funded)
Earn While you learn. Applications are open for the WIPO Young Experts Program 2025-2026. This two-year competitive program allows young professionals to gain hands-on experience in the Field of Intellectual Property (IP) and various other WIPO projects. WIPO stands for the World Intellectual Property Organization. It is a specialized agency of the United Nations that focuses on intellectual property (IP). YEPs will work for two years in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a Fully funded program. All the expenses are covered.
Through this program, WIPO aims that Young Experts will gain skills and knowledge that can contribute to their countries’ and regions’ future economic growth. WIPO Young Experts Program is a unique leadership program for life. People from all around the world are eligible to apply. Financial Benefits
WIPO YEPs will get:
- 5’000 Swiss Francs (CHF) /month
- Contribution to cover 50% of medical insurance costs

Eligibility Criteria
- Age should not be more than 35 years at the time of application.
- Available for 24 months. The program will start in 2025.
- An applicant must hold a University degree.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of, or experience in IP, innovation, or creativity.
Timeline
- Initial screening tests: End of August 2024
- Online Interview: September 2024
- Selection: October 2024
- Onboarding: between November and January 2025
- Program start: 1 February 2025
