1- Service Delivery Manager

ITIL Foundation, PRINCE -2 foundation, PMP, MCSE certified, and(Network+) certificate with 5 years’ experience in desktop support.

2- Project coordinator

ITIL Foundation, PRINCE -2 foundation, PMP and(Network+) certificate with 4 years’ experience in Project Management Field (IT)

3- Help Desk Supervisor

ITIL Foundation, MCSE & A+. and (Network+) certificate with 5 years’ experience in desktop support.

4- Helpdesk Operator First Level Support

ITIL Foundation, MCSE & A+, and (Network+) certificate with 3 years’ experience in desktop support.

5- Field Support Engineer

ITIL Foundation, MCSE & A+, and(Network+) certificate with 5 years’ experience in desktop support.

6- Network Professional

CCNA R&S and CCNP R&S certificates with more than 2 years of experience in handling enterprise networks and IT Infrastructure and (5) years of experience in IT Technical Support

7- Senior Solutions Network Consultant

CCIE-Routing & switching, andCCNP Datacenter Certificate with more than 7 years of experience in Network field.

8- IT Asset Management (ITAM)

ITIL Foundation, and MCSE & A+. with 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management.

Min Qualifications: 

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/ Information Technology

Fluency in English is preferable
