Job Purpose:
- The Onboarding Officer is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles at ABYAT.
- This role involves coordinating with various departments, providing support and training, and helping new hires integrate into the company culture.
Job Duties:
1- Onboarding Coordination
- Plan and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding materials, including welcome packages, training schedules, and company policies.
2- Orientation and Training
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company’s mission, values, and culture.
- Coordinate with department heads to schedule role-specific training and ensure new hires receive the necessary training and resources.
3- Support and Integration
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Facilitate introductions and networking opportunities within the company to help new employees build relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and new hire information in the HR system.
4- Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance the onboarding process and ensure it aligns with company goals and values.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 Years Proven experience in an onboarding or HR role, preferably in a Retail Company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.

غرض الوظيفة:
- يعد موظف التوجيه مسؤولاً عن إدارة عملية التوجيه للموظفين الجدد، وضمان انتقال سلس إلى أدوارهم في ABYAT.
- يتضمن هذا الدور التنسيق مع مختلف الإدارات، وتقديم الدعم والتدريب، ومساعدة الموظفين الجدد على الاندماج في ثقافة الشركة.
واجبات العمل:
1- تنسيق عملية التوجيه
- تخطيط وتنفيذ عملية دمج الموظفين الجدد، والتأكد من إكمال جميع الخطوات اللازمة.
- إعداد وتسليم المواد التوجيهية، بما في ذلك حزم الترحيب، وجداول التدريب، وسياسات الشركة.
2- التوجيه والتدريب
- إجراء جلسات توجيهية لتعريف الموظفين الجدد بمهمة الشركة وقيمها وثقافتها.
- التنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام لجدولة التدريب الخاص بالدور والتأكد من حصول الموظفين الجدد على التدريب والموارد اللازمة.
3- الدعم والتكامل
- العمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للموظفين الجدد أثناء فترة توجيههم، ومعالجة أي أسئلة أو مخاوف.
- تسهيل التعارف وفرص التواصل داخل الشركة لمساعدة الموظفين الجدد على بناء العلاقات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة التوجيه ومعلومات الموظفين الجدد في نظام الموارد البشرية.
4- التحسين المستمر
- جمع التعليقات من الموظفين الجدد حول تجربة التوظيف الخاصة بهم وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- التعاون مع قسم الموارد البشرية والأقسام الأخرى لتحسين عملية التوظيف والتأكد من أنها تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة وقيمها.
متطلبات العمل:
- – درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 2-4 سنوات خبرة مثبتة في دور التوجيه أو الموارد البشرية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في شركة بيع بالتجزئة.
- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- قدرات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على تعدد المهام.
- الكفاءة في برامج الموارد البشرية ومجموعة مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
