Key Responsibilities
- As the AI (Artificial Intelligence) Engineer for Trustworthy AI at Nemko Digital, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ethical and technical integrity of AI systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Development and Deployment:
- Define, develop, and deploy our Trustworthy AI Toolbox used in delivering technical assurance services.
- Implement and operate tools and techniques to ensure AI systems’ fairness, transparency, and robustness.
Ethical Frameworks:
- Collaborate with Ethical AI experts to develop and maintain ethical guidelines and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations like the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST RMF.
Bias Detection and Mitigation:
- Utilize techniques and tools to identify and mitigate biases in datasets, algorithms, and models.
- Ensure equitable outcomes and provide technical assurance for AI systems.
Technical Audits and Fairness Testing:
- Conduct technical audits and fairness tests on AI systems.
- Analyze impacts across demographic groups and recommend changes to ensure fairness.
Robustness and Transparency:
- Test AI models’ robustness against adversarial attacks and unexpected scenarios.
- Develop methods to enhance AI systems’ transparency and explainability.
Compliance and Standards Adherence:
- Ensure AI systems comply with relevant ethical standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct ethical risk assessments and continuously evaluate AI systems in production.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Training:
- Work with customers and internal teams to integrate ethical considerations into the AI development lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver training programs on technical assurance and ethical AI best practices.
Skills and More About You
Hard Skills:
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on trustworthy AI.
- Strong understanding of AI monitoring and testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards related to AI.
- University degree in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
