Operations Coordinator

  • We are hiring! Looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.
  • Salary: 300- 400KD (non negotiable)
  • Location: Kuwait city

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ● Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • ● Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • ● Coordinate logistics for projects and events.
  • ● Support inventory management and procurement processes.
  • ● Prepare documentation and reports for internal use.
  • ● Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • ● Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation.
  • ● Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
  • ● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • ● Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

SKILLS:

  • ● Effective communication and coordination among staff involved in daily operations.
  • ● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • ● Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations
  • ● Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are equally important.
  • ● Ability to work under pressure along with ability to make fast decisions.
  • ● Problem solving skills.
  • ● Following up on tasks with the concerned person and reporting to the Operations
  • Manager on a daily basis
  • ● Taking responsibility for task completions. Meaning that work cannot be delayed due to
  • outside factors, and following up is key.
