1- FDM Specialist
- We are looking for a FDM Specialist who will be assisting Safety Manager in the development, administration, implementation and maintenance of an effective Flight Data Monitoring System.
- The FDM Specialist will be assisting Safety Manager to administer and coordinate with all division activities within the Safety and Compliance Monitoring Department in accordance with company policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable Kuwait DGCA requirements, IOSA SARPs, and other authorities’ requirements to maintain ongoing compliance and all conditions and restrictions of the AOC and Policies & Procedures established by the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain and implement Flight Data Monitoring Program (FDAP/FOQA).
- Administrating the Flight data collection and analysis, following the accuracy of Flight data information in cooperation with the Engineering and Maintenance department.
- Ensure effective assessment of information obtained from digital flight data and identify the operational risks.
- Provide required Safety Data for Operational Management Committee (OMC) and Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings.
- Provide appropriate flight data for Investigation of Incidents, as and when required.
- Prepare Monthly FDM Report.
- Prepare Safety Circulars, Bulletins as and when required.
- In the absence of Safety Supervisor, ensure proper communication is maintained with external entities such as FDM Software Provider, OEM, IATA as applicable and attend the queries for resolution at the earliest.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in the field of expertise such as an engineering degree from aeronautical, avionics or other studies relevant to the aviation.
- Has at least 03 years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 01 year should be in aeronautical industry/ Airline in appropriate position.
- Has knowledge of Kuwait DGCA regulations and requirements, ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, Annexes and relevant documents.
- Has a good analytical skill.
- Computer literacy in MS Office program applications.
- Has attended FDM workshop or training to keep abreast of new developments.
- Having Safety Management System (SMS) and Human factors (HF) trainings.
2-Trainee-Human Capital
- We are looking for a Trainee in the Human Capital Department who will provide support to the Talent Management function for Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Medical Insurance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Updating Labor Law index for the company stations
- Maintain and update a Tracker for probation period for new joiners based on hiring country/contract.
- Responsible for maintaining the records for disciplinary actions undertaken.
- Organize and update the master file as per the company disciplinary code.
- Maintain and update a Tracker for Kuwaiti Graduates and initiate required Assessment Forms as per timeline.

3- MOCC Controller
- Jazeera Airways is looking for MOCC Controller who would be responsible for continuous monitoring of aircraft technical status and ensuring correct short term (24 hours) maintenance planning and AOG recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor all Line Maintenance activities for Jazeera fleet, in respect of Scheduled/unscheduled Line Maintenance, Defect Rectification, AOG’s and aircraft rescue.
- Liaise with all relevant departments including Operations Department, Flight Operations, and Maintenance engineering staff, contracted maintenance organizations and Materials department.
- Monitor where necessary, base maintenance activities in order to affect the most efficient fleet operational availability.
- Monitor base maintenance activities in order to communicate the re-introduction of the aircraft to the operational fleet after maintenance.
- Monitor and arrange for maintenance ground time if there is an operational requirement or an opportunity to carry additional routine maintenance.
- When the opportunity arises, arrange for other pending maintenance activity to be performed on an aircraft grounded for unscheduled maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- B1/B2 Licensed Engineer with A320 type rating.
- 3-5 years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience within MCC.
- Time management, team-work, leadership and problem solving skills.

4- Licensed Aircraft Engineer B2
- Jazeera Airways is looking for Licensed Aircraft Engineer B2 who would be responsible to exercise the license/approval in accordance with the accomplishment of scheduled, unscheduled maintenance and rectification of defects. He/ she will ensure the accomplished maintenance was in line with the required standards and the operating program is achieved in an efficient and safe manner. He/ She will ensure the recording and issuance of Certificates of Release of the accomplished service in accordance with the defined procedures and legislation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform routine/ non routine Aircraft maintenance tasks as per his authorization scope issued by the company including but not limited to trouble shooting, components removal/ installation, servicing, systems& structural assessment/ repair, AD’s/ SB’s review &compliance etc.
- Advice Shift Leader / Maintenance Manager of any defects found or suspected on aircraft, engines or accessory that may compromise safety and raise the related document to Compliance Monitoring Department.
- Ensure documentation and its certification is completed in a timely manner and to the defined procedures to meet Company requirements.
- Ensure that replacement parts and components are of an approved type, correctly certified and released and are physically inspected prior to fitment to aircraft or component. Ensure that removed components are correctly handled, labelled, blanked, and packed as per ESDS requirements etc.
- Review Technical log sheets, work packs and other relevant information for evidence of repetitive defects or non-positive maintenance actions following reported defects or rectification and ensure positive defect action has been implemented in a timely manner.
- Support J9 MCC and give technical advice to the crew at base or remote location for rapid recovery of aircraft into service and keeping Management updated.
- Lead the check and any special inspection by ensuring that required tooling and spares are made available and ensure that sufficient resources are available to accomplish that.
- Coordinate with the various other workshops to ensure that all the maintenance is accomplished in timely and acceptable manner.
- Ensure that individual Aircraft Licenses and Authorizations remain valid at all times and report to Compliance Monitoring Department for renewal.
- Carry out flying duties and AOG recovery as per requirement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
- Kuwait DGCA/ UAE GCAA/ EASA/ UK License endorsed with Airbus 320 family with CFM 56B and/or LEAP 1A engines.
- Minimum 2 years of certifying experience on A320 family as B2 Engineer using the privileges of any of the above-mentioned license held by Licensed Aircraft Engineer in the last three years.
- Ability to read, interpret & follow aircraft related maintenance manuals/ Regulations/ Procedures clearly.

1- أخصائي FDM
- نحن نبحث عن متخصص في FDM والذي سيساعد مدير السلامة في تطوير وإدارة وتنفيذ وصيانة نظام فعال لمراقبة بيانات الرحلة.
- سوف يساعد أخصائي إدارة السلامة مدير السلامة في إدارة وتنسيق جميع أنشطة القسم داخل قسم مراقبة السلامة والامتثال وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة ووفقًا لمتطلبات المديرية العامة للطيران المدني الكويتية المعمول بها، وممارسات وإجراءات السلامة التشغيلية المعتمدة من IOSA، ومتطلبات السلطات الأخرى للحفاظ على الامتثال المستمر وجميع الشروط والقيود الخاصة بشهادة المشغل الجوي والسياسات والإجراءات التي وضعتها الشركة.
المسؤوليات والواجبات:

- في حالة غياب مشرف السلامة، يجب التأكد من الحفاظ على التواصل المناسب مع الكيانات الخارجية مثل مزود برنامج FDM، وOEM، وIATA حسب الاقتضاء والرد على الاستفسارات لحلها في أقرب وقت ممكن.

- درجة جامعية في مجال الخبرة مثل درجة الهندسة في علوم الطيران أو الإلكترونيات أو الدراسات الأخرى ذات الصلة بالطيران.
- لديه ما لا يقل عن 03 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة، منها 01 سنة على الأقل في صناعة الطيران / خطوط الطيران في منصب مناسب.

2-Trainee-Human Capital

المسؤوليات والواجبات:
- مراقبة جميع أنشطة صيانة الخطوط لأسطول الجزيرة، فيما يتعلق بصيانة الخطوط المجدولة/غير المجدولة، وتصحيح العيوب، وصيانة الخطوط الأمامية، وإنقاذ الطائرات.
- التواصل مع جميع الإدارات ذات الصلة بما في ذلك قسم العمليات وعمليات الطيران وموظفي هندسة الصيانة ومنظمات الصيانة المتعاقدة وقسم المواد.

- تبحث شركة طيران الجزيرة عن مهندس طائرات مرخص B2 والذي سيكون مسؤولاً عن ممارسة الترخيص/الموافقة وفقًا لإنجاز الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة وتصحيح العيوب. سيضمن أن الصيانة المنجزة كانت متوافقة مع المعايير المطلوبة وأن برنامج التشغيل تم تنفيذه بطريقة فعالة وآمنة. سيضمن تسجيل وإصدار شهادات الإفراج عن الخدمة المنجزة وفقًا للإجراءات والتشريعات المحددة.
