• Appraised all used vehicles and maintained a database of vehicle conditions.
• Managing sales staff, managing inventory maintenance, closing sales, pricing, and control.

• Merchandise used car inventory on the lot
• Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, Tires, Engine Value, fenders and doors.
• Utilize customer response, visual inspection, road tests and mechanical testing devices to determine automobile repair cost need with Market values
• Evaluates practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value
• Review vehicle and final price bills as a part of the intrinsic quality check process.
• Performing any other tasks as assigned by his/her direct  Manager

• Advance work knowledge in MS – Office application
• Good Communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

• Responsible for achieving all financial, operational and customer satisfaction goals and profitable growth of the vehicle service department.
• Plan, organize and control service and maintenance related operations to achieve departmental objectives.
• Make sure all necessary workshop tools, machinery and equipment are available.
• Prepare and control the financial performance of the workshop and parts sales including setting budgets.
• Create, analyze and evaluate total parts and workshop statistics periodically.
• Supervise, direct, evaluate and train workshop technicians in a manner that maximizes workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Propose, produce and establish short and midterm aftermarket business/marking plan.
