Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a BMS Technician or Low Voltage Technician at Smart Building Services Co – SBS. The technician will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems, and ensuring their proper functioning. The technician will work closely with the team to implement and maintain the integrated building management system.
Qualifications
- Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles
- Experience working with electrical equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Knowledge of BMS systems and low voltage systems is a plus
- Relevant certification or degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred
