Sales and Application Specialist – Ultrasound Equipment
Job Description:
- We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Application Specialist with expertise in Ultrasound Equipment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support and expertise to customers in the field of ultrasound imaging.
- You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to promote and sell our ultrasound products, as well as provide training and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- – Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for ultrasound equipment.
- – Identify and prospect potential customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- – Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our ultrasound products.
- – Provide technical support and training to customers on the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of ultrasound equipment.
- – Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- – Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in ultrasound imaging technology.
- – Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- – Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- -Fluent in English
- -Transferable Kuwaiti residency & driving license is a must.
- – Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
- – Strong knowledge and experience in ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- – Ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- – Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- – Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting ultrasound machines, including 2D, 3D, and Doppler imaging.
- – Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- – Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- – Previous experience as a sales or application specialist in the ultrasound industry is highly desirable.

- – حضور فعاليات الصناعة والمؤتمرات والمعارض التجارية لتوليد العملاء المحتملين وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
- – إعداد وتقديم تقارير المبيعات الدقيقة والتوقعات وتحليل السوق للإدارة.
- – التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لمعالجة استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات الفنية.
متطلبات:
- – درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية أو الأشعة أو مجال ذي صلة. درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- -طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية
- -يجب أن يكون لديه إقامة كويتية قابلة للتحويل ورخصة قيادة.
- – سجل حافل في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن يكون في مجال صناعة الأجهزة الطبية.
- – معرفة وخبرة قوية في تقنيات ومعدات التصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية.
- – مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل الشخصي للتفاعل بشكل فعال مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- – القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المخصصة.
- – مهارات قوية في التفاوض والإغلاق.
- – الكفاءة في تشغيل واستكشاف أخطاء أجهزة الموجات فوق الصوتية وإصلاحها، بما في ذلك التصوير ثنائي الأبعاد وثلاثي الأبعاد ودوبلر.
- – الاستعداد للسفر إلى مواقع العملاء حسب الحاجة.
- – لديه دافع ذاتي، وموجه نحو الهدف، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.
- – الخبرة السابقة كمتخصص في المبيعات أو التطبيقات في صناعة الموجات فوق الصوتية أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.
