• Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software.
• Identification and recommendation of preventative, perfective, and adaptive changes to the Software Platform.
•  Assessment, design, and implementation of enhancement requests from Customers.
• Design and implement processes to monitor service delivery and develop and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Assisting with systems integrations.
• Resolution of corrective maintenance issues related to the Software Platform within agreed-to service levels.

• Metrics guaranteeing a minimum response time including the identification of monitoring tools to ensure verification.
• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
• Development and management of ongoing training strategy, delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
• Maintaining at a minimum ninety-nine percent (99.6%) uptime including routine maintenance.
• Support Services with a tiered structure, ability to query status of tickets and request updates.
• Notifying Customers of potential widespread issues, bugs as they become known.
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
• Developing reports for teams across the business.

• B.Sc. in in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems.
• Minimum 6 years of experience same filed.
• Must Certified Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Must Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate.
• Must Certified Microsoft Database Administrator.
• Must Certified Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Must Certified Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
• Excellent command of English – Arabic.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• Can join Immediately.
