SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in departmental accounting function and coordinate the completion of periodic financial statement and record keeping.
- Over all functions of accounting activities and formulation / implementation of quality system in accounting department.
- Maintain records of contracts ( i.e. projects, Utilities, credit facilities & brokers).
- Advise on accounting problems and assists subordinate employees with work .
- Assists in formulation of work measures to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensures that records for internal and external audits are prepared.
- Assist in preparing various reports and studies.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for entry into the general ledger system on a monthly.
- Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system.
- Recommends changes in accounting systems and procedures
- Fixed assets record processing and reporting.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Reconcile payroll, Leave, End of service benefits prior to process payment and transmission.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in commerce – Accounting major
- Native Arabic speaker & Fluent in English
- Local Candidate/Transferrable.
- Must possess strong and in-depth knowledge in accounting procedures.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience preferably in industrial companies
- Self-motivated and able to clearly communicate with the team and management at all levels.
- Good presentation skills and ability to provide/receive training.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting systems are required

المسؤوليات الأساسية
- يساعد في وظيفة المحاسبة الإدارية وينسق إكمال البيانات المالية الدورية وحفظ السجلات.
- الإشراف على كافة مهام الأنشطة المحاسبية وصياغة وتنفيذ نظام الجودة في قسم المحاسبة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات العقود (أي المشاريع والمرافق ومرافق الائتمان والوسطاء).
- تقديم المشورة بشأن المشاكل المحاسبية ومساعدة الموظفين المرؤوسين في العمل.
- يساعد في صياغة تدابير العمل لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة وتوفير التكاليف.
- التأكد من إعداد السجلات الخاصة بالمراجعات الداخلية والخارجية.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير والدراسات المختلفة.
- إجراء عمليات تسوية الحسابات الشهرية والربع سنوية لضمان دقة التقارير وصيانة الدفاتر.
- إعداد القيود اليومية الشهرية لإدخالها في نظام الدفتر العام بشكل شهري.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية وصيانتها من خلال نظام المحاسبة الخاص بالشركة.
- يوصي بإجراء تغييرات في أنظمة وإجراءات المحاسبة
- معالجة سجلات الأصول الثابتة وإعداد التقارير عنها.
- إعداد تسويات الحسابات الشهرية.
- مطابقة الرواتب والإجازات ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة قبل معالجة الدفع والنقل.
متطلبات المعرفة والمهارة
- بكالوريوس تجارة – تخصص محاسبة
- متحدث أصلي للغة العربية ويجيد اللغة الإنجليزية
- مرشح محلي/قابل للتحويل.
- يجب أن يتمتع بمعرفة قوية ومتعمقة في الإجراءات المحاسبية.
- – خبرة لا تقل عن 5 – 7 سنوات ويفضل أن تكون في الشركات الصناعية
- ذو دافع ذاتي وقادر على التواصل بوضوح مع الفريق والإدارة على كافة المستويات.
- مهارات العرض الجيدة والقدرة على تقديم/تلقي التدريب.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي
- مهارات حل المشكلات باستخدام عملية التفكير التحليلي.
- مطلوب مهارات الكمبيوتر في Microsoft Word و Excel و Outlook وأنظمة المحاسبة
- الخبرة الصناعية مطلوبة
- المؤهلات المطلوبة : التخرج
- الخبرة المطلوبة : 5 سنوات
