1-Onboarding Specialist ( On Site )
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 Years Proven experience in an onboarding or HR role, preferably in a Retail Company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
2-Senior Supply Chain Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing demand planning strategies to ensure production aligns with sales forecasts and inventory needs.
- Managing comprehensive order processing and overseeing logistics to guarantee efficient delivery schedules.
- Maintaining precise inventory records and conducting regular audits for data accuracy
- Determine optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize storage costs while meeting production schedules. Balancing stock levels is essential to avoid excess inventory costs or shortages.
- Manage the transport of goods from raw materials to finished products.
- Select transport options, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure contractual compliance, resolve any issues, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as sales, marketing, and operations) to integrate supply chain management with broader company strategies.
- Managing comprehensive order processing and overseeing logistics to guarantee efficient delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, particularly in demand planning and order management.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and processes, including demand planning, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

- 2-4 سنوات خبرة مثبتة في دور الإعداد أو الموارد البشرية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في شركة البيع بالتجزئة.
- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- قدرات تنظيمية ومتعددة المهام قوية.
- الكفاءة في برامج الموارد البشرية وMicrosoft Office Suite.
- الطلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
2-أخصائي أول سلسلة التوريد
الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تخطيط الطلب لضمان توافق الإنتاج مع توقعات المبيعات واحتياجات المخزون.
- إدارة معالجة الطلبات الشاملة والإشراف على الخدمات اللوجستية لضمان جداول التسليم الفعالة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات جرد دقيقة وإجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة للتأكد من دقة البيانات
- تحديد مستويات المخزون الأمثل لتلبية طلب العملاء دون الإفراط في التخزين.
- مراقبة وإدارة مستويات المخزون لتحسين تكاليف التخزين مع الالتزام بجداول الإنتاج. تعد موازنة مستويات المخزون أمرًا ضروريًا لتجنب تكاليف المخزون الزائدة أو النقص.
- إدارة نقل البضائع من المواد الخام إلى المنتجات النهائية.
- حدد خيارات النقل، والتفاوض على العقود، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان الامتثال التعاقدي وحل أي مشكلات والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى (مثل المبيعات والتسويق والعمليات) لدمج إدارة سلسلة التوريد مع استراتيجيات الشركة الأوسع.

متطلبات:
