• • Assist FM/FD in business budgeting, forecasting by working with operations through collection and analysis of financial data
• • Prepare reports for internal & external customers such as vendors/suppliers etc.
• • Monitor Key Performance Indicators.
•  • Analyze business performance & provide commentary on reasons for changes.
• • Compute NPV and IRR for small value capital expenditure/AFE by integrating with operations.
• • Review provisions/expenses/revenue leakage and help Finance Manager in managing the profitability.
• • Support operations manager/GM on adhoc requests
• • Review work of Financial Analyst 

• • Professionally Qualified – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
• • 3-5 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance• Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• • Good leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• • Proven analytical capabilities.
• • Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. 

Key Responsibilities:

• • Secure contracts by working directly with individuals involved in construction and landscaping projects in outdoor locations across Kuwait.
• • Cultivate connections with key decision-makers such as architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers
• .• Understand the technical aspects of our products and how they fit into various outdoor project needs.
• • Present proposals, address concerns, and secure project wins within budget and timeline constraints.
• • Oversee sales orders, coordinate logistics with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• • Track progress against targets, analyze results, and propose new initiatives to maximize sales goals.Key Tasks:
• • Identify promising outdoor project locations and potential buyers.
• • Gain access to decision-makers and present compelling product solutions.
• • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure deals that benefit both our company and the project.
• • Manage all aspects of the order process from quotation to installation
• .• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on progress.
• • Develop and implement strategies to exceed monthly sales targets in volume, value, and margin. 

• Data integration development experience with the following skill sets:
• Extract, Transformation, and Load (ETL) of disparate data sources to targets including databases, files, and API’s. Talend, Matillion, Glue Data Studio preferred
• Ability to detect, identify and resolve source to target performance / load issues
• Expert level proficiency in structured query language (SQL)

• • تقديم المقترحات ومعالجة المخاوف وضمان الفوز بالمشاريع ضمن حدود الميزانية والجدول الزمني.
• • الإشراف على أوامر المبيعات، وتنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية مع الفرق الداخلية، وضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.
• • تتبع التقدم نحو تحقيق الأهداف، وتحليل النتائج، واقتراح مبادرات جديدة لتحقيق أقصى قدر من أهداف المبيعات. المهام الرئيسية:
• • تحديد مواقع المشاريع الخارجية الواعدة والمشترين المحتملين.
• • الوصول إلى صناع القرار وتقديم حلول مقنعة للمنتج.
• • التفاوض على الأسعار والشروط لتأمين الصفقات التي تعود بالنفع على شركتنا والمشروع.
• • إدارة جميع جوانب عملية الطلب من عرض الأسعار إلى التثبيت
• • مراقبة أداء المبيعات وتحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير حول التقدم.
• • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية من حيث الحجم والقيمة والهامش.
