Senior Sales Development Rep
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound sales, qualification, follow-up and make outbound calls and emails to following up the interest in EDB
- generate outbound leads with existing customers
- Team with regional channel partners in the process of developing pipeline, qualification and closure of opportunities
- Understand customer needs and requirements to assist partners
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate partners for further development and closure
- Close new customers to create new meetings with the sales team
- Profile and research customers to generate activity to identify key players and generate interest in EDB solutions
- Maintain and expand database within the assigned territory working with EDB Marketing
- Willing to run, support and drive partner business development activities (webinars, call outs days, briefings)
- Supporting direct & partner events
- Work within a matrixed team structure of Sales, Inside Sales, SEs, Marketing, Channel Development and Sales Operations to maximise regional sales potential
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in tech sales and outbound lead development preferred.
- A desire to further develop a career in technology and software sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Optimise performance through adopting our software tools, i.e.: salesloft and salesforce
- Highly motivated, ambitious and team and personal goal oriented.
- Hungry for results and motivated to win
- Fluent in speaking and writing English

- تحديد وتأهيل فرص المبيعات الجديدة من خلال المبيعات الخارجية والتأهيل والمتابعة وإجراء المكالمات الخارجية ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني لمتابعة الاهتمام بـ EDB
- إنشاء عملاء محتملين خارجيين من خلال العملاء الحاليين
- فريق مع شركاء القنوات الإقليمية في عملية تطوير خط الأنابيب والتأهيل وإغلاق الفرص
- فهم احتياجات العملاء ومتطلباتهم لمساعدة الشركاء
- توجيه الفرص المؤهلة إلى الشركاء المناسبين لمزيد من التطوير والإغلاق
- إغلاق العملاء الجدد لإنشاء اجتماعات جديدة مع فريق المبيعات
- تحديد ملف تعريف العملاء والبحث عنهم لتوليد النشاط لتحديد اللاعبين الرئيسيين وتوليد الاهتمام بحلول EDB
- صيانة وتوسيع قاعدة البيانات داخل المنطقة المخصصة للعمل مع EDB Marketing
- على استعداد لإدارة ودعم وقيادة أنشطة تطوير أعمال الشركاء (الندوات عبر الإنترنت، وأيام الاتصال، والاجتماعات الإيجازية)
- دعم الأحداث المباشرة والشريكة
- العمل ضمن هيكل فريق مترابط من المبيعات والمبيعات الداخلية ومهندسي المنتجات والتسويق وتطوير القنوات وعمليات المبيعات لتحقيق أقصى قدر من إمكانات المبيعات الإقليمية
مؤهلات
- درجة بكالوريوس او ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الخبرة في مبيعات التكنولوجيا وتطوير العملاء الخارجيين.
- الرغبة في تطوير مهنة في مجال التكنولوجيا ومبيعات البرمجيات.
- مهارات استثنائية في التعامل الشخصي والعرض والتواصل (اللفظي والمكتوب)
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم.
- تحسين الأداء من خلال اعتماد أدواتنا البرمجية، أي: Salesloft وSalesforce
- ذو دافعية عالية وطموح وموجه نحو تحقيق الأهداف الجماعية والشخصية.
- متعطش للنتائج و متحفز للفوز
