Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات وتطوير المنتجات لمواءمة جهود التسويق مع أهداف العمل.
• تحليل اتجاهات السوق ورؤى العملاء لتحديد فرص النمو والتحسين.
• مراقبة وإعداد التقارير عن فعالية المبادرات التسويقية، واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على البيانات لتحسين الأداء.
• قيادة وإلهام فريق من المتخصصين في التسويق الرقمي، وتعزيز ثقافة الإبداع والتميز.

مؤهلات:

• – درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• – خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التسويق، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات.
• نجاح مؤكد في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق التي تدفع نمو الأعمال.
• فهم قوي للتسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وإنشاء المحتوى.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
• مفكر مبدع لديه شغف بالابتكار والتحسين المستمر.
