• Optimize utilization of storage capacities by applying effective stock allocation practices & stock management.
• Develop the yearly OPEX budget for the department and manage expenses within the approved budget.
• Implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure effective inventory management.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage inventory replenishment processes and set appropriate safety stock levels.
• Apply the Loss Prevention Policy to control the financial losses due to shrinkage, damage, misplaced inventories, and transaction errors.
• Coordination of cycle count and periodical physical inventory, approval of adjustments.
• Control the chain of arrivals of stock to maximize the stocks availability in the cold stores, in line with sales target.
• Develop and manage demand & replenishment plans for sales forecast.
• Participate and lead the monthly target planning process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning and inventory management processes.
• Follow up on team’s performance and constantly train them to minimize the inventory losses and maintain the quality of inventory (QA best practices, FEFO management, etc)
• Academic Background
•  Graduation in Engineering (Industrial, Computer) / Business Administration or an associate degree. 

•  Budget Management. 
•  Inventory Management of FMCG products. 
•  Brief knowledge of local Quality and HSE regulations. 
•  Strong organizational skills. 
•  Strong analytical skills and critical profile. 
•  Time management. 
•  Leadership & Interpersonal Skills.

• تحسين استخدام قدرات التخزين من خلال تطبيق ممارسات فعالة لتخصيص المخزون وإدارة المخزون.

• إدارة عمليات تجديد المخزون وتحديد مستويات المخزون الآمن المناسبة.
• تطبيق سياسة منع الخسائر للسيطرة على الخسائر المالية الناتجة عن الانكماش، والتلف، والمخزونات المفقودة، وأخطاء المعاملات.
• تنسيق العد الدوري والجرد المادي الدوري والموافقة على التعديلات.
• السيطرة على سلسلة وصول المخزون لتحقيق أقصى قدر من توافر المخزون في المخازن المبردة، بما يتماشى مع هدف المبيعات.
• تطوير وإدارة خطط الطلب والتجديد لتوقعات المبيعات.
• المشاركة في عملية التخطيط للهدف الشهري وقيادتها.
• تقييم وتحسين عمليات تخطيط الطلب وإدارة المخزون بشكل مستمر.
• متابعة أداء الفريق وتدريبهم بشكل مستمر لتقليل خسائر المخزون والحفاظ على جودة المخزون (أفضل ممارسات ضمان الجودة، إدارة FEFO، إلخ)
• خلفية أكاديمية
•  – درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الصناعية، الحاسوب) / إدارة الأعمال أو درجة الزمالة. 

•  إدارة الميزانية. 
•  إدارة مخزون المنتجات الاستهلاكية سريعة الاستهلاك. 
•  معرفة موجزة باللوائح المحلية الخاصة بالجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة. 
•  مهارات تنظيمية قوية. 
•  مهارات تحليلية قوية وشخصية نقدية. 
•  إدارة الوقت. 
•  المهارات القيادية والشخصية.
