About the Role:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Engineer to join our esteemed construction company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on driving sales, acquiring new business, and managing relationships with suppliers.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase company revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals and bids.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.

• Prepare and present detailed business development reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 5-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics in Kuwait.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
