• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive located in Kuwait. 
• The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and overall marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence and drive sales growth.

• · BU based calenderization of weekly/ monthly marketing campaigns
• · Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• · Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• · Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• · Manage social media content for BU’s
• · Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
• · Oversee and manage all events and related marketing projects
• · Retail activations

• · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• · MUST BE bilingual ( English & Arabic)
• · Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.
• · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• · Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
• · In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• · Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• · Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising.

• · Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing handling campaigns or in account management in advertising agencies.
• · Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and community building.
• · Experience in managing social media advertising budgets and optimizing ad performance.
• Must be based in Kuwait. Valid transferrable residence.
• Must have driving license and own car
