Interior Design & Facade Engineer
Job Description
- We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in Kuwait (Interior Design & Facade Engineer)
- As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to drawing and design, and project management.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in 2D and 3D drawing, have experience with residential projects in Kuwait or the Gulf region, and have excellent communication and organization skills.
- This position requires a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and attractive designs for interior and exterior facades.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Provide design solutions that meet clients’ needs and requirements.
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using appropriate software.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in facade and interior design.
- Experience working with residential projects in Kuwait or the Gulf region.
- Strong technical skills in 2D and 3D drawing, Using Autocad, 3dsmax, Sketchup, Lumion.
- Proficiency in rendering software for high-quality visualizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
Skills:
- Expert in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with a wide range of materials and finishes used in facade and interior design.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in creating detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and provide efficient design solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, materials, and technologies used in facade and interior design.
- Ability to select appropriate materials and finishes for various design projects.
- Ability to understand and translate clients’ needs and preferences into design solutions.
- Ability to select and recommend appropriate materials based on project requirements.

- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- منظم للغاية ومهتم بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال في بيئة الفريق.
- رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.
مهارات:
- خبير في برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD و3ds Max وSketchUp وأدوات أخرى ذات صلة.
