• Provide technical leadership to personnel/ cross functional teams supporting the assigned projects and work with team members in establishing/improving standards for discipline area. Managing subordinate engineers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Oversee, manage and document all day-to-day job site activities including health and safety compliance. Direct field personnel according to the project plan and supervisory principles.
• Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned individual and team projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
• Manage all phases of customer’s design and deployment of technology needs by either leading an implementation team of playing a role within an implementation team.
• Working on systems like audiovisual, public address, master clock, multimedia distribution systems, horizontal and backbone cabling, identification, grounding & bonding and fire stopping.

• Ensure proper coordination with Projects Engineering teams, subcontractors and vendors and coordinate installation and problem diagnostics with other teams/groups.
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures. 
• Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and time management reports. Communicate to all concerned parties project milestones, status, updates, any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
• Communicate issues, events, performance and progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Identify and promote opportunities with new and existing local customers and drive. incremental sales through new and existing customer revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer retention.
• Perform project estimates and statement of work development/execution.
• Positive working relationships with clients, architects, contractors, integrators and other building construction professionals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 9+ years equivalent project execution work experience with a minimum of five (7) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role.
• Progressive experience in voice/data, fiber optic, audio/visual, security, card access and other low voltage technology projects.
• The LV TL must possess proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
• Preferably have one or more of the following list of licenses or certifications required by the position: RCDD, BICSI, CTS, OSHA, CPR, PMI, PMP, UL, IEEE, IEC.
• Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, able to help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
• Must be able to manage multiple projects/estimates and present a high level of organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to report internal and external deliverables.
