1- Hiring : Perfume Production Manager

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Perfume Production Manager to lead our production team in Kuwait. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire perfume production process, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Production Management: Oversee daily operations of the perfume production line to ensure efficiency and quality.
• 2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
• 3. Inventory Management: Manage raw materials and finished product inventories to optimize production and minimize waste.
• 4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• 5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• 7. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align production with market demands.
• 8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry preferred , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in perfume or cosmetic production management.
• 3. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of perfume production processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

• 1. Experience working in the Middle East or similar markets.
• 2. Proficiency in ERP and production management software.
• 3. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• نحن نبحث عن مدير إنتاج عطور ذو خبرة وديناميكي لقيادة فريق الإنتاج لدينا في الكويت. 
• سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عملية إنتاج العطور بأكملها، وضمان معايير الجودة العالية، وتلبية أهداف الإنتاج.

المهام الأساسية:

• 1. إدارة الإنتاج: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لخط إنتاج العطور لضمان الكفاءة والجودة.
• 2. مراقبة الجودة: تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة والحفاظ عليها لضمان أن المنتجات تلبي معايير الشركة.
• 3. إدارة المخزون: إدارة مخزون المواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية لتحسين الإنتاج وتقليل النفايات.
• 4. قيادة الفريق: قيادة وتوجيه فريق من موظفي الإنتاج، وتوفير فرص التدريب والتطوير.
• 5. تحسين العمليات: تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات لتعزيز الإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف.
• 6. الامتثال: ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• 7. التعاون: العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق البحث والتطوير والتسويق والمبيعات لمواءمة الإنتاج مع متطلبات السوق.
• 8. التقارير: إعداد تقارير الإنتاج بشكل منتظم وتقديمها إلى الإدارة العليا.

مؤهلات:

• 1. التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الكيمياء مفضلة، أو الهندسة الكيميائية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• 2. الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة إنتاج العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل.
• 3. المهارات: مهارات قوية في القيادة والتنظيم وحل المشكلات. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
• 4. المعرفة: معرفة متعمقة بعمليات إنتاج العطور ومعايير مراقبة الجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

السمات المفضلة:

• 1. خبرة العمل في منطقة الشرق الأوسط أو الأسواق المماثلة.
• 2. الكفاءة في استخدام برامج تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وإدارة الإنتاج.
• 3. إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
