Required from INSIDE KUWAIT for a reputable company in Kuwait (HSE Officer)

Responsibilities:

• Performing all the Health, Safety & Environment responsibilities (HSE) for the company according to the HSE management system and Codes.
• Reviewing and understanding the safety forms and templates provided by ISO consultants.
• Preparing HSE Plans, and Training Schedule.
• Making Reports Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis as per ISO requirements.
• Continuous monitoring the safety issues.
• Training the work personnel of the company on the HSE factors.
• Making reports for Injury and damage reporting.
• Ensure the employees wearing proper PPE depending upon their working conditions.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures (OSHA and NEBOSH standards).
• Conducting Risk Analysis.
• Job Hazard Analysis/Task Risk Analysis/Job Safety Analysis.
• Accident/Incident Investigation and Reporting.
• Maintaining the accident record system, making necessary reports, conducting personnel investigations of fatal or serious accidents, checking security supervisors’ reports, and checking corrective action.
• Make reports for all the safety violations and report them to the responsible managers of those department heads.
• Coordinate effectively with the operations department and conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions, and site visits, as mandated by ISO standards.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in safety management, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Certificate in occupational health and safety.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
• Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
• Able to join immediately.
• Transferrable Visa (Article 18) with valid Kuwaiti driving license and car.

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ جميع مسؤوليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) للشركة وفقًا لنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والرموز.
• مراجعة وفهم نماذج وقوالب السلامة المقدمة من قبل مستشاري ISO.
• إعداد خطط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وجدول التدريب.
• إعداد التقارير على أساس يومي وأسبوعي وشهري وفقًا لمتطلبات ISO.
• المراقبة المستمرة لقضايا السلامة.
• تدريب الكوادر العاملة في الشركة على عوامل الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالإصابات والأضرار.
• تأكد من ارتداء الموظفين لمعدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة حسب ظروف عملهم.
• معرفة قوية بإجراءات السلامة (معايير OSHA و NEBOSH).
• إجراء تحليل المخاطر.
• تحليل مخاطر الوظيفة/تحليل مخاطر المهمة/تحليل سلامة الوظيفة.
• التحقيق في الحوادث/الوقائع والإبلاغ عنها.
• صيانة نظام تسجيل الحوادث وإعداد التقارير اللازمة وإجراء التحقيقات الشخصية للحوادث المميتة أو الخطيرة والتحقق من تقارير المشرفين على الأمن والتحقق من الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• إعداد التقارير عن جميع المخالفات المتعلقة بالسلامة والإبلاغ عنها إلى المديرين المسؤولين عن رؤساء تلك الأقسام.
• التنسيق بشكل فعال مع قسم العمليات وإجراء اجتماعات منتظمة للسلامة وجلسات تدريبية وزيارات ميدانية، وفقًا لما تنص عليه معايير ISO.

مؤهلات:

• يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة السلامة أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• شهادة في الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
• -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على تقديم وشرح مواضيع الصحة والسلامة.
• – المعرفة بإجراء تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير الإحصائية.
• قادر على الانضمام على الفور.
• تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) مع رخصة قيادة كويتية صالحة وسيارة.
