Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Annual Internal Audit plans for the Group
- Formulate, conduct, supervise Audit programs
- Manage the Internal Audit team
- Assess risks and evaluate internal controls to ensure operation effectiveness
- Ensure that all internal audit SOPs and policies laid by the Company are strictly followed
- Conduct routine Internal Audits for identified areas
- Conduct risk assessment for key areas
- Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and add value
- Identify current challenging processes for refinement
- Submit regular reports to CFO/ Sr. Management after each audit as required
- Recommend strategies to rectify challenging areas
- Be informed about the Company’s accounting policies and maintain updated Internal Audit policies & procedures to ensure best practices
Desired Requirements, Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in any Field (B Com/BBA/MBA – with specialization in Finance/Accounting)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and/or Auditing
- Knowledge of using ERP system or accounting software packages
- Proficient in MS Office with Excellent skills in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and good critical thinking
- Effective communication skills in English
- Excellent Presentation/Reporting skills (Reporting to Sr. Management)
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Should be dynamic, self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and treat confidential matters with tact and discretion
- The ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary and fast-paced environment is essential
Added Advantages:
- Arabic working knowledge
- Fluency in Hindi Language
- Part qualification in CA, CPA, ACCA
- Having work experience in the Audit sector
- Possess valid Kuwait driving license

- إعداد خطط التدقيق الداخلي السنوية للمجموعة
- صياغة وتنفيذ والإشراف على برامج التدقيق
- إدارة فريق التدقيق الداخلي
- تقييم المخاطر وتقييم الضوابط الداخلية لضمان فعالية التشغيل
- التأكد من اتباع جميع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية والسياسات الخاصة بالتدقيق الداخلي التي وضعتها الشركة بدقة
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق داخلية روتينية للمناطق المحددة
- إجراء تقييم المخاطر للمجالات الرئيسية
- تقديم توصيات للتخفيف من المخاطر وإضافة القيمة
- تحديد العمليات الصعبة الحالية للتحسين
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة إلى المدير المالي/الإدارة العليا بعد كل عملية تدقيق حسب الحاجة
- التوصية باستراتيجيات لتصحيح المناطق الصعبة
- كن على اطلاع على سياسات المحاسبة الخاصة بالشركة وحافظ على تحديث سياسات وإجراءات التدقيق الداخلي لضمان أفضل الممارسات
المتطلبات والمؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- درجة جامعية في أي مجال (بكالوريوس تجارة/بكالوريوس إدارة الأعمال/ماجستير إدارة الأعمال – مع التخصص في التمويل/المحاسبة)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة و/أو التدقيق
- معرفة استخدام نظام ERP أو حزم برامج المحاسبة
- إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office مع مهارات ممتازة في استخدام برنامج Excel
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والتفكير النقدي الجيد
- مهارات التواصل الفعال باللغة الانجليزية
- مهارات ممتازة في العرض والتقرير (التقديم إلى الإدارة العليا)
- المساهمة في جهود الفريق من خلال تحقيق النتائج ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة
- يجب أن يكون ديناميكيًا وذو دافع ذاتي ويمتلك مهارات تحليلية قوية
- القدرة على الحفاظ على مستوى عال من السرية ومعالجة الأمور السرية بلباقة وتقدير
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متنوعة ومتعددة التخصصات وسريعة الخطى أمر ضروري
