- Work under the direct supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer.
- Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients.
- Preparing detailed drawings for construction and design documents.

- Conducting site visits and inspections
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good communication skill (English & Arabic).

- Strong ability to multi-task with time management skills.

2- Project Coordinator/Managerial Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Efficiently prepare and manage tender documents.

1- مهندس معماري مبتدئ
الوصف الوظيفي الكامل
- العمل تحت الإشراف المباشر للمهندس المعماري أو المصمم الرئيسي.
- تطوير مفاهيم التصميم وتقديمها للعملاء.
- إعداد الرسومات التفصيلية لوثائق البناء والتصميم.
- إنشاء نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد وعروض للتصميمات المقترحة
- التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين الآخرين.
- إجراء الزيارات الميدانية وعمليات التفتيش
والمؤهلات والمهارات:
- مهارة تواصل جيدة (الإنجليزية والعربية).
- أخلاقيات العمل المهنية والمظهر.
- – إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD و3DMAX وPhotoshop وLumion وSketchUp.
- مستوى عالٍ من المهارات التنظيمية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- قدرة قوية على القيام بمهام متعددة مع مهارات إدارة الوقت.
- القدرة على قراءة الخطط الهندسية أو المعمارية.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وضبط الوقت.
- الاتساق الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية المحددة.

2- منسق المشروع/المساعد الإداري
المهام الأساسية:
- 1. إعداد وإدارة وثائق المناقصة بكفاءة.
- 2. صياغة العروض الفنية والمالية الشاملة.
- 3. تنسيق الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والتسليمات والمعالم الرئيسية.
- 4. التعاون بشكل وثيق مع الفرق لتبسيط العمليات وضمان التقديم في الوقت المناسب.
متطلبات:
- 1. إتقان ثنائي اللغة في اللغة الإنجليزية ولغة أخرى محددة.
- 2. الخبرة السابقة في تنسيق المشروع أو المساعدة الإدارية مفيدة.
- 3. مهارات تنظيمية وتعدد المهام وإدارة الوقت قوية.
- 4. مهارات التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين استثنائية.
