• Promote and sell our diverse range of decor products to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
• Utilize effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the decor industry.
• Kuwaiti driving license is mandatory.
• Valid transferrable visa.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of interior design and decor trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales.
• Strong technical background in heavy equipment, with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
