Project, contracts and tender management engineer
Main tasks:
- • Develop and implement an integrated plan for the project, control changes, precisely define the scope of the project in terms of items and times, and identify the specific technical aspects of implementing the work.
- • Estimating project times and deadlines, and preparing timetables using programs and applications used to develop work schedules, in which the scheduled tasks, their implementation periods, and the resources available for each are determined.
- • Managing the cost and resources required to complete the project.
- • Preparing and implementing a relationship plan with all parties related to the project, and providing a basis for distributing information and publishing the status of the project stages.
- • Preparing documents and reports specialized in engineering works and projects and their progress rates, displaying them, clarifying them, and storing them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
- • Review and study tender documents to verify the presence of sufficient information
- • Reviewing tenders, specifications, general and special requirements, all of which must be verified.
- • Coordination in preparing the initial drawings design (if available).
- • Preparing methods for implementing items for cost invoices (if any).
- • Preparing a timetable and scheduling the financial flow initially, taking the tender requirements into account.
- • Coordinating with suppliers on the price of materials and equipment in the market and subcontractors, through previously completed projects and current information, taking into account choosing the best price and the appropriate source.
- • Preparing technical and financial price offers, taking into account the technical and special conditions and clarifications.
- • Coordination in preparing and qualifying the company’s personal profiles to present to new clients.
- • Follow up with clients and developers during the tender evaluation stage.
- • Working out engineering contracts and contractually following up on the progress of work on projects.
- • Follow up with clients and coordinate between the work team and the owners’ requirements.
- • Making timetables for projects and following them up with the work team.
- • Holding coordination meetings among the work team.
- • Holding coordination meetings with clients to follow up on business progress.
- • Attending preliminary meetings in government bodies.
- • Preparing tender documents for contractors’ tenders.
- • Performing a price analysis and qualifying contractors.

- • إعداد الوثائق والتقارير الخاصة بالأعمال والمشاريع الهندسية ومعدلات تقدمها وعرضها وتوضيحها وتخزينها في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بها وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- • مراجعة ودراسة وثائق العطاءات للتأكد من وجود معلومات كافية
- • مراجعة العطاءات والمواصفات والمتطلبات العامة والخاصة والتأكد من صحتها.
- • التنسيق في إعداد التصميمات الأولية للرسومات (إن وجدت).
- • إعداد أساليب تنفيذ البنود الخاصة بفواتير التكلفة (إن وجدت).
- • إعداد جدول زمني وجدولة التدفق المالي مبدئيًا، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار متطلبات العطاءات.
- • التنسيق مع الموردين بشأن أسعار المواد والمعدات في السوق والمقاولين من الباطن، من خلال المشاريع المنجزة سابقاً والمعلومات الحالية، مع مراعاة اختيار السعر الأفضل والمصدر المناسب.
- • إعداد العروض الفنية والمالية للأسعار مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الشروط الفنية والخاصة والتوضيحات.
- • التنسيق في إعداد وتأهيل الملفات الشخصية للشركة لتقديمها للعملاء الجدد.
- • المتابعة مع العملاء والمطورين خلال مرحلة تقييم العطاءات.
- • إعداد العقود الهندسية ومتابعة سير العمل في المشاريع تعاقدياً.
- • متابعة العملاء والتنسيق بين فريق العمل ومتطلبات الملاك.
- • إعداد الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع ومتابعتها مع فريق العمل.
- • عقد اجتماعات تنسيقية بين فريق العمل.
- • عقد اجتماعات تنسيقية مع العملاء لمتابعة تقدم الأعمال.
- • حضور الاجتماعات التمهيدية في الهيئات الحكومية.
- • إعداد وثائق المناقصات للمقاولين.
- • إجراء تحليل الأسعار وتأهيل المقاولين.
