IT Manager

Job Description:

The IT Manager is responsible for continuously assessing and improving our systems to address business pain points. This role involves maintaining operational processes to ensure secure and efficient application performance, while resolving ongoing issues. The IT Manager will introduce new processes to bridge gaps and enhance overall system functionality.

Background:

• Dynamics 365 Retail, Supply chain and Finance.
• Shopify platform.
• Cisco Meraki, Azure services, Fortinet, Sophos.
• Ameyo, Alcatel, CCTV.
• Menai Tech, Dispatcher, CRM, WhatsApp Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT teams: recruit, train, coach, set expectations, and appraise performance.
• Develop and document business processes, configuration scripts, and technical specifications.
• Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues by recommending process modifications.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings for business solutions.
• Provide guidance on achieving project objectives with manual or software tools.
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Report and communicate status and issues, facilitate end-user training.
• Prepare procedures and documentation for system administrators and help desk groups.

• إدارة الميزانية السنوية وضمان فعالية التكلفة.

• تحديد المشكلات وحلها من خلال التوصية بتعديلات العملية.
• تسهيل الاجتماعات متعددة الوظائف لإيجاد حلول الأعمال.
