Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of operational processes and financial activities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments, audit programs, and audit reporting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on operations processes.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

المهام الأساسية:
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق شاملة للعمليات التشغيلية والأنشطة المالية لضمان الامتثال وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التدقيق، بما في ذلك تقييمات المخاطر، وبرامج التدقيق، وتقارير التدقيق.
- تقييم فعالية الرقابة الداخلية والتوصية بالتحسينات.
- إعداد تقارير التدقيق التفصيلية مع النتائج والاستنتاجات والتوصيات.
- التعاون مع مختلف الإدارات لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
- مراقبة تنفيذ توصيات التدقيق ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ابق على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتغييرات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات في التدقيق الداخلي.
مؤهلات:
- – درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل CIA أو CPA أو ما يعادلها.
- – خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في التدقيق الداخلي، مع التركيز على عمليات التشغيل.
- فهم قوي للمبادئ والممارسات المالية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج التدقيق ومجموعة مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
