- We are looking for a teammate for the ” Sales Associate ” position at IPEKYOL Store in Kuwait.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their need are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
- Assist customers in their purchase decision by helping them select relevant and appropriate products, offering proper advice and suggesting gist vouchers when applicable.
- Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Watch for and prevent security risks and thefts and escalate occurring incidents to the hierarchy in a timely manner in order to avert loss..
- Arrange and display received merchandise under the direction pf the Merchandiser/ Shop Manager; change tag prices during promotion periods or as needed.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales target.
- Inform Department Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products.
- Merchandize products under the appropriate sections according to sales trends, date of release, and as per the Department Manager recommendations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail
- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong team player

المسمى الوظيفي
- استقبال العملاء وتقديم المساعدة لهم وخدمتهم لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم في الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة وخدمة العملاء.
- مساعدة العملاء في اتخاذ قرار الشراء من خلال مساعدتهم في اختيار المنتجات ذات الصلة والمناسبة، وتقديم المشورة المناسبة واقتراح قسائم الشراء عندما يكون ذلك مناسبًا.
- ترتيب وتجديد المتجر بشكل مستمر والتأكد من أن أرضية المتجر والأرفف تبقى نظيفة ومرتبة في جميع الأوقات.
- مراقبة المخاطر الأمنية والسرقات ومنعها وتصعيد الحوادث التي تحدث إلى التسلسل الهرمي في الوقت المناسب لتجنب الخسارة.
- ترتيب وعرض البضائع المستلمة تحت إشراف التاجر / مدير المتجر؛ تغيير أسعار البطاقات خلال فترات العرض الترويجي أو حسب الحاجة.
- بيع المزيد من المنتجات والخدمات وبيعها بشكل متبادل من أجل الوصول إلى هدف المبيعات بالساعة واليوم.
- إبلاغ مدير القسم بالمنتجات غير المتوفرة أو غير ذات الأداء الجيد.
- توزيع المنتجات ضمن الأقسام المناسبة وفقًا لاتجاهات المبيعات وتاريخ الإصدار ووفقًا لتوصيات مدير القسم.
المؤهلات
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
- الحد الأدنى من 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة
- التحفيز الذاتي بالموقف الإيجابي وتقنيات البيع الاحترافية
- التركيز على العملاء الجيدين من خلال مهارات العرض والتواصل والتفاعل القوية
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى والتعامل مع مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.
- القدرة على العمل لساعات عمل مرنة، بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
