• Collaborating with prospective clients, both in-person and virtually and perform discovery to identify the major problem to identify the financial impact in terms of production, maintenance and operation cost, safety and environment and reputation. 
• Collaborating with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) and ARMS consulting services products and services.
• Conducting thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions.
• Delivering engaging and informative demonstrations of Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions and ARMS Engineering services offering to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
• Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) and Engineering services offering.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including solution architects, product development, engineering services, integration consultant and implementation consultants, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 5+ years of experience in presales consulting or solution architecture roles, with a focus on Asset Performance Management (APM) or reliability solutions in Oil & Gas or Power Generation industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering presales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Cordant APM solutions and Engineering Services offering to clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and fluency in Arabic (preferred).
• Flexibility to travel more than 50% of the time.

• Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Following sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
• Handling diverse clients in a region.
• Department is involved in medium-sized sales.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales.
• Have good knowledge of Baker Hughes wireline technologies.
• Have good oral and written communication skills and proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small multi-disciplinary teams.
• Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact & coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solving skills.

• Develop and Implement HSE Programs: Design and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace and environmental compliance. Update and improve HSE programs as needed.
• Compliance and Auditing: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local, customer, and corporate regulations. Prepare and maintain required documentation.
•  Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
•  Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure employees are aware of and understand safety standards.
•  Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace accidents and incidents. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
•  Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all HSE activities.
•  Emergency Response: Develop and coordinate emergency response plans. Conduct drills and training to ensure readiness.
•  Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE practices. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

•  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in the service industry.
•  Knowledge of incident investigation techniques and in-vehicle monitoring systems.
•  Good presentation skills.
•  Arabic speaker is a plus.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
•  Work experience in Middle East.
