Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Activities
- Utilize and develop a network of contacts and generate new business opportunities, (new customers)
- Achieve sales targets
- Increase the number of customers.
- Ensure all goods and products are delivered to all customers on time.
- Ensure all goods & products are produced according to set specifications (job card & design) and in coordination with other departments. Follow up and ensure that all quotations, invoices, drawings & color shades etc. for our company are processed correctly.
- Assist and educate customers to understand the quality of our company.
- Analyze customer’s needs of our company boxes to suggest the right paper grades & style (Die Cut /RSC) in coordination with the right functions.
- Keep current and new customers satisfied and ensure delivering exceptional (gold plus) customer service in coordination with the customer support function.
- Follow up with customers through emails, phone calls and meetings to ensure all services are being given to them with the best quality and the highest price possible.
- Receive and analyze customer requests and complaints (rejections) and discuss the same with the related department at our company, to provide customers with the proper response to receive requests and resolve all complaints in a friendly and timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform necessary and duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Good Command in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

أنشطة المبيعات
- استخدام وتطوير شبكة من الاتصالات وتوليد فرص عمل جديدة (عملاء جدد)
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات
- زيادة عدد العملاء.
- التأكد من تسليم جميع البضائع والمنتجات إلى جميع العملاء في الوقت المحدد.
- التأكد من إنتاج جميع السلع والمنتجات وفقًا للمواصفات المحددة (بطاقة العمل والتصميم) وبالتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى. متابعة والتأكد من معالجة جميع عروض الأسعار والفواتير والرسومات ودرجات الألوان وما إلى ذلك لشركتنا بشكل صحيح.
- مساعدة العملاء وتثقيفهم لفهم جودة شركتنا.
- تحليل احتياجات العملاء من صناديق شركتنا لاقتراح درجات الورق والأسلوب المناسب (قطع القالب / RSC) بالتنسيق مع الوظائف المناسبة.
- الحفاظ على رضا العملاء الحاليين والجدد والتأكد من تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية (ذهبية بلس) بالتنسيق مع وظيفة دعم العملاء.
- متابعة العملاء من خلال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والمكالمات الهاتفية والاجتماعات للتأكد من تقديم كافة الخدمات لهم بأعلى جودة وأعلى سعر ممكن.
- تلقي وتحليل طلبات العملاء والشكاوى (الرفض) ومناقشتها مع القسم ذي الصلة في شركتنا، لتزويد العملاء بالرد المناسب لتلقي الطلبات وحل جميع الشكاوى بطريقة ودية وفي الوقت المناسب مع ضمان رضا العملاء.
- أداء المهام الضرورية والمتعلقة بالوظيفة حسب ما يتم تكليفه به من قبل المدير المباشر.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- – درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- الحد الأدنى من 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال ذي صلة
- -إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثا وكتابة).
