نحن شركة متخصصة في أعمال التشطيب والتأثيث تقع في الدمام، ونبحث عن مدير مشروع للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
الموقع: الدمام
المتطلبات:
- خبرة تزيد عن 8 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع الفنادق والفيلات الفاخرة في مجال التشطيبات والأثاث.
- خلفية تعليمية في الهندسة المعمارية.
- خلفية تقنية قوية، مع فهم أو خبرة عملية في تطوير البرمجيات وتقنيات الويب.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل مع العملاء والتواصل الداخلي.
- مهارات كتابة وتحدث ممتازة.
- مهارات تنظيم قوية بما في ذلك الانتباه للتفاصيل والقدرة على تعدد المهام.
- تنسيق الموارد الداخلية والأطراف الثالثة/الموردين لتنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.
- ضمان تسليم جميع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد، وضمن نطاق العمل والميزانية.
- تطوير نطاق وأهداف المشاريع، بمشاركة جميع الأطراف ذات الصلة وضمان الجدوى التقنية.
- ضمان توافر وتوزيع الموارد.
- تطوير خطة مشروع مفصلة لتتبع التقدم.
- استخدام تقنيات التحقق المناسبة لإدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع والجدول الزمني والتكاليف.
- قياس أداء المشروع باستخدام الأنظمة والأدوات والتقنيات المناسبة.
- الإبلاغ والتصعيد للإدارة حسب الحاجة.
- إدارة العلاقة مع العميل وجميع الأطراف المعنية.
- إدارة المخاطر لتقليل مخاطر المشروع.
- إقامة وصيانة علاقات مع الأطراف الثالثة/الموردين.
- إنشاء وصيانة وثائق المشروع الشاملة.
- معرفة قوية باستخدام Microsoft Office وCAD.
- شهادة PMP / PRINCE II تعد ميزة إضافية.

– Project manager with +8 years’ experience in hotels and luxury villas for fit out and Furniture scope.
– Architectural Engineering educational background
– Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and
web technologies
– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
– Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
– Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility
– Ensure resource availability and allocation
– Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
– Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
– Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
– Report and escalate to management as needed
– Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
– Perform risk management to minimize project risks
– Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD.
– PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
