COST CONTROLLER

About the Job
Labaguette is looking to hire a Cost Controller from inside Kuwait only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing recipes and updating them in the system with proper approval.
• Responsible for linking the articles and recipes.
• Coordinate with the data entry department to compare production quantity vs. sales.
• Checking and monitoring retail outlets/factory waste and daily postings.
• Preparing inventory variance reports.
• Prepare monthly reports for cost performance.
• Preparing monthly purchase reports for cost performance.
• Check and verify all complimentary samples prepared from the outlet and factory with the concerned department.
• Check and verify expired items on a quarterly basis.
• Participate in monthly stock-taking at the outlets and factory and ensure proper posting.
• Monthly closing and preparation for materials.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in the same field (F&B).
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Transferable visa.

تبحث Labaguette عن توظيف مراقب تكاليف من داخل الكويت فقط.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد الوصفات وتحديثها في النظام مع الحصول على الموافقة المناسبة.
• المسؤولية عن ربط المقالات والوصفات.
• التنسيق مع قسم إدخال البيانات لمقارنة كمية الإنتاج بالمبيعات.
• التحقق ومراقبة الفاقد في نقاط البيع / المصنع والتسجيل اليومي.
• إعداد تقارير تفاوت المخزون.
• إعداد تقارير شهرية لأداء التكلفة.
• إعداد تقارير الشراء الشهرية لأداء التكلفة.
• التحقق والمصادقة على جميع العينات المجانية التي تم إعدادها من قبل النقاط والمصنع بالتنسيق مع القسم المعني.
• التحقق والمصادقة على العناصر المنتهية صلاحيتها بشكل ربع سنوي.
• المشاركة في جرد شهري في النقاط والمصنع والتأكد من التسجيل بشكل صحيح.
• الإغلاق الشهري والإعداد للمواد.

المتطلبات:

• 10 سنوات من الخبرة في نفس المجال (المأكولات والمشروبات).
• يفضل وجود خبرة في Microsoft Dynamics.
• القدرة على الانضمام على الفور.
• تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل.
