Job title: Fleet Admin Officer ضابط مشرف الأسطول

Role:
• Complete Licensing and registration process of all new vehicles
• Ensure all new and old vehicles are insured in accordance with company policy
• Track expiration dates of key documents to ensure no vehicle is on the road with expired documentations
• Complete all official and legal documentation relevant to the fleet in relation to purchasing, sales, transfers, and fleet operation
• Support in following up on vehicle custody in the organization and other documentation related to the organization’s fleet

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Diploma degree with 3+ years of experience

• Reporting Skills
• Working under pressure
