Anyone from any country can apply that exists outside the EU/EEA. Finland Scholarships are for all international students. It is one of the fastest-growing international hubs in Europe. The Joint application system means you can apply for up to 6 degree programs in a single application. Finnish Higher Education institutions offer over 500 English-taught degree programs.
