1) Types of Denmark Work Permits

The Denmark Work permit is known as the Visa Scheme. On the SIRI website, you have to select which visa scheme best suits your work situation.

Positive List for Skilled Workers: The Positive List for Skilled Workers is a list of occupations that are high in demand in Denmark and experiencing a shortage of qualified professionals. The list is updated twice a year, January 1st and July 1st.

If you have been offered a job included in the Positive List for Skilled Work, you can apply for a Danish residence and work permit based on this scheme.

Pay Limit Scheme: This permit is Designed for high-income individuals who earn DKK 448,000 (appx. €60,180) per year or higher.

Supplementary Pay Limit Scheme: You have been offered a job in Denmark with an annual salary of DKK 393,000 or higher.

Fast-Track Scheme: You have been offered a Job by a Certified Danish Company that is certified by the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI).

Labour Market Attachment: You have held a residence permit previously, but you have lost your Danish residence permit based on family reunification, as a refugee or as an accompanying family member.

Sideline employment: This permit is for those who want to do an extra sideline Job in Denmark. For those who already hold a residence permit based on a job with a specific employer.

Employment for adaptation and training purposes: For individuals who obtained Danish authorization as a doctor or dentist applying for a work permit with the purpose of adaption and training purposes.

Work permit for accompanying family members: For accompanying family members apply with a person who is or will be working in Denmark.

2) Create a case order ID

After choosing the visa type you have to create a Case ID (Similar to creating an account by providing personal information).

3) Pay the application Fee
