1-Elementary Teacher
Job Description
- Responsible for creating a positive educational climate for students to learn in and instructing students in grades K-5.
- Creates lesson plans, assessments, administers praise and constructive criticism, instructs students on subjects such as language arts, science, social studies, civics, literature, and math, and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and assess activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, investigate, and develop their learning in a dynamic environment.
- Develop, create, and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
- Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.
- Create interactive, dynamic lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year according to the pacing of the lessons delivered.
- Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
- Implement the school’s curriculum in a manner that reflects the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served.

General Responsibilities:
- Computer maintenance and associated limited area network activities.
- Oversees the installation, configuration and maintenance of networked information systems. Responsible for designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, repairing and ensuring optimal performance of the school district’s network, telecommunications and security systems.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks requiring general or specialized computer skills or techniques requiring some decision making, and the ability to work independently as required.
- Able to install operating system software specifically modified to the location and use of the system.
- Perform installation of operating system software in specialized configurations and custom installations of specialized software.
- Assist in or perform computer maintenance including servers and special use systems.

- Assist in the design and support of multi-server environments including IP address schemes, DNS, WINS, ether-channel (bonding), etc.
- Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.
- Configure and install client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems
- Maintain multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance of all schools and facilities.
- Manage assigned project and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Respond to inquiries to staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors, etc. to provide technical assistance and support.
- Responsible for designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, repairing and ensuring optimal performance of the school’s network, telecommunications and security systems.
- Supervise the administration of systems and servers related to network to ensure availability of services to authorized users.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones, CCTV, and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
- Complete documentation of all network-related configuration changes and issues within 48 hours of completing tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of students, staff, school business materials and information.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by the IT Manager.
3- School Accountant
Specific Responsibilities:
- Report to Head Quarters office on a daily basis the funds received and issue cash deposit request slips.
- Post quantitative data to records.
- Handle payment transactions, issue invoices (tuition fees, clubs, uniforms, notebooks, etc.) & parent statements.
- Prepare petty cash fund disbursements and payments to vendors.
- Make and verify computations.
- Assemble readily available data from easily understood records.
- Prepare activity reports including simple statistical data.
- Correspond with parents/companies authorized to pay students’ tuition fees by sending payment reminders, installment past due amount statements/letters.
- Communicate / guide parents and handle queries related to payments, installments, discounts.
- May type notices, letters, memoranda, and similar correspondence as adjunct to acounting clerical work.
- May act as substitute or backup for Accountant II or III as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of students, staff, school business, materials, and information.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Chief Accountant or Superintendent

- Familiarity with current office technology such as computers on a network, word processing software applications, and e-mail systems.
- Skill in making mathematical calculations.

4- Receptionist
Specific Responsibilities:
- 1. Welcome, greet, and offer support/guide all visitors to the school.
- 2. Handles all incoming phone calls and makes appropriate routing.
- 3. Handles parents’ complaints and routes them as necessary to appropriate personnel.
- 4. Manages all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- 5. Maintains a daily call log for the academic year and is able to reconcile or provide data on the call logs,
- 6. Implement procedures and policies as directed by the PR and Events Manager / Board.
- 7. Maintain the Parents’ Complaint Form and promptly route the complaint to the PR and Events Manager / Superintendent’s Assistant for handling.
- 8. Welcomes potential / prospective students / parents in coordination with the registrar.
- 9. Route parent calls for appointments with teachers to the section secretary/principal.
- 10. If section secretary is unavailable, initiates an e-mail informing her to coordinate a meeting with the parent / teacher(s). Provide as much detail as possible including student’s name, class, parent’s contact details (phone number / e-mail address), and parent’s concern / issue.
- 11. Maintain a log of scheduled meetings to better assist visitors / parents when they arrive to the school premises.
- 12. Distribute late slip to students in coordination with academic staff.
- 13. Maintain log of visitors to the school premises when the security guards are busy with controlling the flow of traffic (during students’ arrival and dismissal time).
- 14. Performs other duties as assigned by the PR and Events Manager.
5- Operations Manager

- 4. Assist students with work or projects assigned to students.
- 5. Distribute, collect and assist in correcting materials, and assist in instructional record keeping tasks.
- 6. May include independent instruction or monitoring of groups or individual students in systems that the assistant has received training in, under the close supervision of the teacher.
- 7. Assist teacher/supervisor in fostering safety practices.
