الدور الأساسي للمدير التنفيذي لضمان الجودة هو مساعدة مدير ضمان الجودة في تنفيذ وصيانة وتحسين نظام الجودة والأغذية في شركة الغانم.
مطلوب مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية ممتازة. يجب أن يكون قادرًا على العمل بشكل فعال مع جميع موظفي الأطعمة والمشروبات.
سيعمل مسؤول ضمان الجودة بشكل وثيق مع فريق مكتب الدعم وفريق عمليات المتجر والموردين لدعم تنفيذ نظام سلامة الأغذية والمشروبات.

مسؤوليات العمل

• دعم مدير ضمان الجودة للتأكد من تنفيذ جميع إجراءات الجودة والحفاظ عليها والامتثال لمعايير العلامات التجارية للأغذية والمشروبات في الغانم بالإضافة إلى المتطلبات الدولية.
• تدقيق متاجر الغانم للأغذية والمشروبات في الأسواق المختلفة بناءً على قائمة سلامة الأغذية الخاصة بالغانم وخطط التدقيق.
• مراجعة موردي الأغذية والمشروبات في الأسواق المختلفة بناءً على التقويم السنوي.
• إجراء مراقبة مستمرة لجودة المنتجات وحفظ السجلات واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
• دعم فريق التشغيل بمتطلبات ضمان الجودة والتدريب على أي من معايير ضمان الجودة الجديدة.
• الحفاظ على جميع سجلات ضمان الجودة والتأكد من توفرها وتنظيمها بشكل جيد.
• التنسيق مع المختبرات والموردين والعمليات بشأن التحليل المطلوب بناءً على الخطة المحددة وتحليل النتائج وبدء الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
• إرسال التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية لقسم الجودة إلى فريق التشغيل وقيادات التشغيل.
• المتابعة مع فريق التشغيل بشأن الملاحظات المرفوعة والإجراءات التصحيحية.
• العمل جنباً إلى جنب مع قسم التدريب لإعداد خطة ضمان جودة التدريب والتأكد من تنفيذ هذه الخطة.
• القدرة على التعامل مع أي مهام أخرى مطلوبة لدعم قسم ضمان الجودة لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.

متطلبات المرشح

– درجة جامعية في علوم الأغذية أو ما يعادلها.
– 3 سنوات خبرة في مجال ضمان الجودة.
– نهج ودود ومنخرط، وشخصية منفتحة.
– مهارات تواصل ممتازة
– القدرة على التكيف مع مختلف أنواع البيئات.
– مهارات جيدة جدًا في استخدام الكمبيوتر واللغة الإنجليزية.
– التدريب على نظام تحليل المخاطر ونقاط التحكم الحرجة (HACCP) والمعرفة القوية أمر ضروري.
