• The WALLS team is looking to appoint a Executive Chef who is passionate about food and can translate the same in the development and execution of the company’s culinary vision. 
• The ideal candidate will have experience running & managing an entire kitchen and its staff, have strong understanding of food trends, menu development, preparation and quality.
•  In addition, the Executive Chef will be responsible for creating budgets and controlling food costs.

• ● Develop and oversee all aspects of the food production, including menu development, recipe creation, costing & ingredient sourcin
• g.● Train and manage the kitchen team in the proper execution of all kitchen operation
• s.● Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent qualit
• y.● Ensure that all food orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manne
• r.● Ensure all food items received and stored from suppliers meet WALLS specifications in food safet
• y.● Estimate Food Consumption and requisition of food purchas
• e.● Collaborate with the management on expense tracking for accurate financial projection
• s.● Ensure that appropriate sanitation, maintenance and safety standards are followe
