We’re looking for a Cost Controller with factory experience to join our team.
☑️ Job Type: Full-time
☑️ Experience Level: 5-7 years
☑️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Prepare and analyze cost reports to identify trends and variances
▪️ Assist in the development of standard costing and analyze variances between actual and standard costs
▪️ Collaborate with production teams to establish cost-effective processes and improve overall efficiency
▪️ Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
▪️ Support the annual budgeting process and provide cost analysis for capital projects
▪️ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to costs
▪️ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
▪️ Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning

☑️ نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
☑️ مستوى الخبرة: 5-7 سنوات
☑️ التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة
🔑 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
▪️ إعداد وتحليل تقارير التكاليف لتحديد الاتجاهات والانحرافات
▪️ المساعدة في تطوير التكاليف المعيارية وتحليل الفروقات بين التكاليف الفعلية والمعيارية
▪️ التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لوضع عمليات فعالة من حيث التكلفة وتحسين الكفاءة العامة
▪️ مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإجراء التدقيقات الدورية لضمان الدقة
▪️ دعم عملية إعداد الميزانية السنوية وتقديم تحليلات التكاليف للمشاريع الرأسمالية
▪️ إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية المتعلقة بالتكاليف
▪️ ضمان الامتثال للضوابط الداخلية والمعايير المحاسبية
▪️ تقديم رؤى مالية لدعم اتخاذ القرار والتخطيط الاستراتيجي
