*Job Title: Procurement & Order Management Associate.
*Job Purpose:
To follow and execute all Import & Export procedures according to the annual Import & Export plan and complete the procedures for trading/purchasing within specified time limits ensuring smooth coordination across all aspects of Import & Export operations ensuring that the consignments are cost effective, and are received according to the predefined specifications, quantities and time schedules.
*Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field from a reputed university/institution.
Minimum Experience:
(3-5) years of experience of Import & Export activities, preferably in the commercial sector.
Skills and Competencies:
• Business Acumen.
• Verbal and Written Communication.
• Arabic and English Language.
• Computer Literacy.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Planning and Organizing.
• Problem Solving
• Thorough Knowledge of Import & Export Policy & Procedures.
• Time Management.
• Ability to operate effectively at all levels within the business.
• Able to manage contract negotiations, including those where leverage is limited, to reach agreements acceptable to both parties.
