Job Title: Delivery Operations Team Leader

Vacancies: 1

Main Job Role:

-choosing appropriate goals and actions to pursue and then determining what strategies to use, what steps to take, and deciding what resources are needed to achieve the goals.

-Responsible for establishing relationships that allow workers to work together to achieve their organizational goals.

Articulating the vision, energizing employees, inspiring and motivating people using visions, and effective communication skills.

-Coordinate with HR in recruiting and selecting drivers within the company (within teams and departments).

-Implement processes to help you establish standards, so you can measure, compare, and make decisions.

Qualifications & Years of Experience:

Complete a bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, commerce, or a related field. and having prior experience in a management or leadership position. With at least 5 years of experience.
