  • A study program in the Netherlands in the context of the development cooperation policy of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Situation 4:

You must have completed a master’s degree program, a doctoral program, or a post-master program from a Designated Foreign Educational Institution.

Foreign students who graduated from a top university outside the Netherlands. A designated foreign educational institution is an educational institution in the top 200 of at least 2 general rankings.

Your educational institution must have been in the top 200. The rankings that include your educational institution must come from at least 2 different publishers.
