A D-type national visa permits one to stay for more than 90 days but not longer than one year. After the expiry, you will renew your visa.

Poland has three types of Visas:

  • Type C Visa: It is basically for visits, and tourism, known as a Schengen Visa
  • Type D Visa: This is a long-term National Visa that is mainly issued to those who are going to Poland for work, study, and training purposes.
  • Type A Visa: This is an Airport transit visa.

What is Voivodeship Poland?

The employer who is sponsoring a Foreign employee must first submit a work permit application to the Voivodeship Office in the region where the foreign worker will be working.
