Job title: Trade Marketing Sr. Operations Officer

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of proven experience.
– Business, Marketing, or related field.
Skills & Requirements:
•Works directly with the Trade Marketing Manager and offers full support for the sales team to achieve the monthly/annual sales target.
•Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing teams on the field, sales needs, and marketing initiatives, including coordination with suppliers/vendors.
•Ensure all vendors/suppliers’ tasks sufficiently match task requirements and guidelines.
•Suggests a 360 plan to support BTL activations
•Involve in the launch, and re-launch campaigns and generates post-activation closing and deliverable report.
•Assist in Increasing brand visibility in Traders, through developing and implementing effective and innovative merchandising and trade programs, consistent with other marketing communications activities
•Develop & Execute dedicated In-store branding/activities to increase visibility and products offtake.
•Regular weekly, and monthly reports of trade marketing contracts, branding, and execution status.
•Track market trends and competitors’ presence, activities & prices through regular market visits.
•Keep competitor’s profile updated by category by channel.
•Any other requirements/tasks assigned by the trade marketing manager based on the business needs.
