Opening Position: Facility Maintenance Engineer

The Facility Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the construction & facility management systems of DAL Food through various activities that include performing/overseeing the execution of preventive/corrective maintenance, redesigns, modifications, and improvement projects

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversees/performs the execution of maintenance activities, installations, modifications, and repairs or replacement of construction & facility management systems to ensure operational continuity and prevent breakdowns.

• Provides the needed technical support both on-site and remotely to ensure construction & facility management systems are performing optimally and avoid operational delay.

• Keeps track of work order requests generated in the system on a regular basis and follows up on system updates.

• Performs on-site inspections on construction & facility management systems, machines, and equipment to determine the root cause of failure/fault and apply the correct course of action, allocate resources accordingly for optimal utilization of time & resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.

• 0-1 Year experience.

الوظيفة الافتتاحية: مهندس صيانة المرافق

مهندس صيانة المرافق مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أنظمة إدارة الإنشاءات والمرافق الخاصة بـ DAL Food من خلال الأنشطة المختلفة التي تشمل أداء / الإشراف على تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية / التصحيحية وإعادة التصميم والتعديلات ومشاريع التحسين

حسابات رئيسية:

• يشرف / ينفذ تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة والتركيبات والتعديلات والإصلاحات أو استبدال أنظمة إدارة البناء والمرافق لضمان استمرارية التشغيل ومنع الأعطال.

• يوفر الدعم التقني المطلوب في الموقع وعن بعد لضمان أداء أنظمة إدارة الإنشاءات والمرافق على النحو الأمثل وتجنب التأخير التشغيلي.

• يتابع طلبات أوامر العمل التي يتم إنشاؤها في النظام بشكل منتظم ويتابع تحديثات النظام.

• يقوم بعمليات تفتيش في الموقع على أنظمة إدارة الإنشاءات والمرافق والآلات والمعدات لتحديد السبب الجذري للفشل / الخطأ وتطبيق المسار الصحيح للعمل ، وتخصيص الموارد وفقًا لذلك من أجل الاستخدام الأمثل للوقت والموارد.

مؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية / الهندسة المعمارية.

• 0-1 سنة خبرة.
