مروج تفتح أبوابها للـوظيفة التالية:
– “Trade Marketing Team Leader ”
Main Responsibilities:
• Execute trade promotional plan as set for the year with top retail customers.
• Market visits to audit competitor activities, pricing, current promotions, and POS material across all channels
• Monitoring stock movement of signed deals with customers
• Develop and execute branding as per the signed retail contracts.
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to formulate proper planograms for all company’s SKU’s on the shelves and other rented locations as per the signed contracts.
• Execute BTL activities for new product launches, sampling, and consumer promotions.
• Conducting presentations to sales teams for new SKU’s or product promotions.
• Follow-up with the sales manager to achieve set targets for the customers (also attending to customer’s complaints and solving matters when necessary).
• Assist the market research team with surveys and questionnaires (shopper surveys) when needed.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or relevant experience.
-Minimum 5 years of sales, and trade experience in the FMCG market.
Job-related Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
Strong knowledge of the consumer industry.
General contractual legal knowledge.
Aware of the concept of planograms in the FMCG industry.
In-store activations experience.
Sales operation experience.
Market research concept experience.
Technical Skills (Job Specific):
Presentation & strong market communication skills.
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
Analytical skills.
